- The Phoenix Freestyle Kickboxing Club has been training at the Pilots Row community centre for the last 10 years. Phoenix Freestyle has evolved from Bujinkai karate. The club has developed the social and physical skills of all the members of the club from their various backgrounds.
The chief instructor and founder of Phoenix Freestyle is Anthony Coyle a 5th Dan blackbelt. The club has had a great deal of success in the competitive side of martial arts at tournements. Members of martial arts at tournaments. Members of the club have competed in USA, Astria. Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland and Canada to name but a few with great success.
The club has produced Northern Ireland, Irish national, European and World Champions in WKA/IASKA and WAKO Championships.
All of thre coaches in the club are all fully qualified and teach kickboxing to a high standard in a safe and controlled enviroment. The club teaches Semi/Light and full contact Kickboxing.
